Expert appraised photos at $1 million

A pair of Santa Barbara art dealers arrested this week for allegedly swindling an aging nature photographer out of vintage prints and negatives paid the late artist just $2,500 for work that a former Sotheby's appraiser estimated at more than $1 million,
