DA won't seek death penalty in alleged gang killing

NEWS-PRESS STAFF WRITER

The District Attorney's Office won't seek the death penalty against two men charged with murder in the allegedly gang-related shooting of David Montanes last year outside a downtown apartment complex where his grandmother lives.
