Judge moves to dismiss suit over 'Lot 10 murder' conviction

Oxnard man claims civil rights violated

Santa Barbara city and county lawyers have apparently convinced a federal judge to dismiss an $11 million lawsuit filed by an Oxnard man who spent four years in prison before his conviction for the "Lot 10 murder" was overturned.
