Pedestrian's location debated in hit--and--run case

The defense in the vehicular manslaughter trial of a Montecito woman attempted on Wednesday to refute the prosecution's assertion that Joseph Cohn was off the roadway when he was hit and killed two years ago on Hot Springs Road.
