Debbie Preston has been appointed production manager at Cox Media. She will be responsible for commercial and long-form production in Santa Barbara. She originally joined Cox Communications in 1994 as a public access programming coordinator and has served as senior producer for the past nine years. Ms. Preston is a 1981 graduate of the USC film school and has extensive television production experience.
