Judge's attorneys claim jurist was homophobic Hall investigation tainted by bias, her attorneys say

Allegations of misconduct by Santa Barbara Superior Court Judge Diana Hall should be dismissed because the disciplinary proceedings against her are "irrevocably tainted" by the "homophobia" reflected in comments attributed to a jurist who presided over fact-finding hearings,
