Charges dismissed for 1 defendant in case of alleged drug dealing

One of two women on trial for allegedly dealing methamphetamine and heroin out of their Isla Vista apartment in 2006 walked out of the courthouse a free woman after Santa Barbra County Deputy District Attorney Brian Cota asked the judge to dismiss all charges against her near the close of the trial on Friday.
