Nelson avoids life sentence : Jury found his crimes were committed without fear of force or violence

Bruce Duane Nelson walked out of a Santa Barbara courtroom Monday dodging what could have been a mandatory life sentence after a jury found him guilty of lesser charges and he pleaded no contest to others in a sexual assault trial.
