Couple charged with fraud seek bail reduction

A Riverside couple being held in Santa Barbara County Jail on $1 million bail on grand theft charges for allegedly passing bad checks to local businesses were in court on Wednesday seeking to be released on their own recognizance or have their bail reduced.
