SANTA BARBARA The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California has awarded $10,000 to the Santa Barbara-based Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse for the purchase of supplies to be used in the Daniel Bryant Youth and Family Treatment Center.
