IN BRIEF : Council fire sprinkler vote on hold

SANTA BARBARA The Santa Barbara City Council on Tuesday decided to hold off 30 days on an adoption vote for a fire code amendment that would require automated fire sprinklers in all new buildings and certain additions and remodeling projects.
