Preserving an icon : Dreier family $100,000 donation will help restore museum's blue whale skeleton

The preservation of a nearly complete blue whale skeleton that for decades has been a fixture at the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History has gotten a boost in the form of a $100,000 donation from the Dreier Family.
