Carp planners OK code amendments : Changes would make it easier for grocery stores, pharmacies to sell alcoholic beverages

The Carpinteria Planning Commission on Monday night voted to recommend that a certain city zoning code be amended to make it easier for businesses like grocery stores and pharmacies to sell alcoholic beverages.
