S.B. Community Environmental Council sets up first hybrid school bus in Southern California

The Santa Barbara-based Community Environmental Council obtained funding from the Federal Environmental Protection Agency and the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District to get the first plug-in hybrid electric school bus in Southern California.
