COUNTY Opponents of the $4 million Caltrans suicide barrier that is being built on the Cold Spring Canyon Bridge say a Santa Barbara County Superior Court judge is set to issue a ruling next week in the ongoing litigation over the barriers at the span popular with suicide jumpers.
