Ceiling collapse at UCSB's Bren School : Engineers looking for answers in fall of 4,000-pound structure

Crews went floor to floor in the building housing the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management at UCSB on Monday trying to determine whether the weekend collapse of a 4,000-pound ceiling in an exterior stairway and elevator lobby could happen again.
