Manslaughter charged in Milpas fatality

The 19-year-old driver of a Toyota Tundra that fatally struck a 15-year-old San Marcos High school student faces as much as a year in county jail after the District Attorney's Office charged him Tuesday with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter.
