Letters: 655,000 needless Iraqi deaths

A recent study by John Hopkins and Iraqi public health researchers concludes that the Iraqi death rate after the March 2003 invasion exceeds the pre-invasion death rate by an amount that implies there have been 655,000 deaths from March 2003 to July 2006 above the pre-invasion trend line.
