Letters: Walls impede view at Botanic Garden

It greatly saddens me to learn that the county Planning and Development Department has granted the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden permission to build a 4,025-square-foot series of paved terraces separated by 240 feet of retaining walls on the upper west side of the Garden's signature meadow,
