Letters: 'AutoCHALK' draws down dollars

It seems to me that an unlimited supply of regular chalk is cheaper than a $60,000

"autoCHALK" system for the Santa Barbara Police Department's GO-4 Interceptors (a pretty fancy name in and of itself).
