Fess Parker's land sold to Chumash tribe

The Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians today said escrow closed on a 1,390-acre ranch once owned by Fess Parker commonly known as "Camp Four."

Discussions about a possible purchase with Fess Parker Enterprises began several months ago,
