Environmental groups sue over septic systems

Santa Barbara environmental group Health the Ocean is party to a lawsuit filed today challenging what it claims is the failure of the state Water Resources Control Board "to adopt regulations or standards for the permitting and operating on-site wastewater treatment systems" aka septic systems,
