We are always looking for dynamic individuals to take part in our Internship program at the Santa Barbara News-Press. We offer a chance to gain hands-on, professional experience in reporting and editing, online journalism and advertising, photography and the business aspects of publishing.
Interested candidates should:
Have completed at least one year of college
Be available for at least 6 weeks (12 hours per week during the school year)
Provide samples of your work including school publications or free-lance assignments, if applying to editing positions.
Internships are offered in exchange for academic credit only and you will be required to provide proof of this exchange upon acceptance.
