ArtVenture Camps (Sponsored by the
Santa Barbara Museum of Art)
ArtVenture Camps explore different themes in art with hands-on activities
in painting, drawing, sculpture, and mixed media. Field trips to
the Santa Barbara Museum of Art will complement the studio art experience.
Ages 6 - 12. Fee is $185. Ceramics Camps, June 14 - August 20, Monday
- Friday, 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. These half-day camps include hand
building and wheel techniques. Located at the Ridley-Tree Education

ArtWorks
ArtWorks Summer Camp offers alternative education in acting, creative
arts and cooking. All classes emphasize exploration, self-expression
and creativity through various mediums. Camp culminates with a dramatic
performance, creative art show and a kid-created cookbook. Ages
6 - 14. Supervisor/child ratio 1:15. $315 for three weeks. Tuesday,

Craft Essentials
Bead classes, knitting classes and crocheting classes. Ages 7 and

Creative Cooking for Kids
Healthy cooking classes for kids. Ages 8 - 12. Supervisor/child
ratio 1:8. $18 per class or $68 per week plus $10 initial registration
fee. Monday - Thursday, June 28 - July 29. Turnpike / Cathedral

KidzArt Camps
Offers children who love art a fun-filled week of drawing and craft
activities. Craft projects, music, books, storytelling, props and
other visuals are used to enhance the KidzArt curriculum. Each camper
creates original work, using high-quality art materials, and completes
a portfolio of individual work to bring home. Ages 6 - 12. Supervisor/child
ratio 1:12. Early bird registration by May 15, fee is $125 per week.
After May 15, fee is $140. Weekly sessions offered: June 21 - September
3, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Camp locations held
in Santa Barbara and Goleta, including Carrillo Recreation Center,
Girsh Park Community Center and Veterans Memorial Building. Call
